Hi, I’m Sonia.
In my early twenties, I left Spain and spent a decade in high-pressure corporate roles across finance, analytics, and strategy, relying on adrenaline and cortisol to sustain performance. Until a severe burnout forced me to confront how stress actually lives in the body.
Today, my work focuses on nervous system regulation for sustainable performance.
Through somatic training, I help high-achieving women build sustainable capacity instead of surviving push-and-crash cycles. Ayurvedic mind-body archetypes act as a complementary layer, offering pattern recognition around how lifestyle, environment, and season influence our regulation capacity.
